At the first meeting will discuss your business with you and how we might be able to help you.  Importantly this also provides an opportunity to get to know each other better.  Every business and business owner have their own unique set of challenges, strengths and weaknesses which are important to understand before considering a course of action.

After the initial meeting we will go away and consider the best way to help your business grow taking into account your current circumstances, ambitions and budget.

Before setting up Growth Creators, Andrew realised two things: One was that  he was good at growing businesses, and the other was that who he worked with had a major impact on job satisfaction.  The Growth Creators Team are hand picked not just for their skills but their ability to work collaboratively.  We are good at what we do, we are not planning to be big, so our reward is to be selective in who we work with.  We really enjoy helping good people grow good businesses.

We only recommend things we would do if we owned the business

Our clients trust us.  Some of them have put everything on the line, including their house, to invest in and grow their business.  We take this responsibility really seriously.  There are lots of things a business could do to try and grow, but we will only recommend the things the business should do. Strategy is not just deciding what to do and when to do it, it is also deciding what not to do.

We are supportive

Business ownership is hard.  It can also be lonely. Most business owners started their business because they were passionate about what they were doing.  But business ownership requires so much more than that to be successful. We leave the finance to the accountant, and the core business function (butcher, baker, candlestick maker) to the subject matter experts and support the business owners through everything else.  We also support each other and those we work with in other businesses.  Lots of our clients greet us like old friends and think of us as part of their business.  We enjoy their success as our success.

Andrew brings a wealth of experience and success to every organisation he works with. With a rare mix of business, IT, marketing and sales knowledge he has an uncanny ability to simplify complex issues and provide practical solutions that can be easily implemented.

Dionne - Account Coordinator

Di adds a sense of calm to every situation as well as marketing qualifications and comprehensive experience across multiple marketing automation platforms. With strong communication and data skills and an ability to intuitively understand the customer experience, Di is the ideal person to have at the helm of your sales and marketing platform.

Steve - Technical Consultant

Steve is a rare breed of IT talent that not only understands the technology, but also the value of accurate and reliable information. In a business world full of an ever-increasing number of applications, Steve has the ability to connect them together in a way that makes the collective much more valuable than the sum of its parts.

Matt - Designer

Matt is one of the original creatives. Whilst he has spent two decades mastering everything from digital illustration to 3D modelling, he is most at home with his pencil and sketch pad. Experienced in clothing, packaging, promotional and brand design, if you have an idea Matt is the designer you need in your corner.

India - Marketing Assistant

India has a double degree in Arts and Science and her ability to easily switch between technical and creative thinking really is one of a kind. As a digital native she is able to readily interpret the ever-changing digital landscape and creatively adapt to it.
